During this period, you’ll have the freedom to complete the series at your own rhythm and according to your own schedule. Your teachers will be available to evaluate your alignment and help you delve deeper into the postures if desired.
Asana Practice
We know the mind and body like variety. Because of this, in the TTC at Kranti Yoga you can choose your morning asana practice according to your needs of the day and the moment.
You can choose if you want the challenge of the traditional ashtanga class, the meditation of the hatha yoga class, or the dance of the vinyasa flow.
So, there will always be a morning practice to meet you where you are – to balance the body, steady the mind, and free the soul!
